J. Kelly Duncan, a partner in the firm’s Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office, will be a speaker at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) on September 24, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Sands Convention Center. Mr. Duncan’s presentation is titled “Confidentially Speaking: What Information Can Gaming Regulators Request?”. In addition, Marc W. Dunbar and Thomas B. Shepherd III, both partners in the firm’s Business and Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the Tallahassee and Jackson offices, will also be featured at the G2E Expo on a panel titled, “The Comment Period: The Public’s Role in Gaming” Wednesday, September 25, 2013. For this session, Mr. Dunbar is participating as a panelist and Mr. Shepherd will be a moderator. The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) is a major annual gaming trade show run by the American Gaming Association.
