Maritime partner Kelly Duncan has been elected 1st Vice Chairman of the Audubon Nature Institute Board of Directors for 2005-2006. The Audubon Nature Institute is responsible for the operations of the Audubon Zoological Gardens, Audubon Park, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, Entergy IMAX Theatre, Woldenberg Riverfront Park, Audubon Louisiana Nature Center, Freeport McMoRan Audubon Species Survival Center and Wilderness Park, and the Audubon Center for Research of Endangered Species.
