Kelly Duncan, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Gaming Industry Team, participated as a panelist at the International Masters of Gaming Law 2023 Spring Conference on April 28, 2023. On the panel, “Investment Opportunities in the Gambling Industry and Navigating the Regulatory Issues” he discussed regulatory barriers to entry for private equity firms that are new to the gaming industry and the multitude of issues that need to be considered.
