J. Kelly Duncan, a partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group and team leader of the Gaming Practice Group, was reelected President of the International Masters of Gaming Law ("IMGL") at the organization's Fall Conference in London, England. His second term commences January 1, 2013. IMGL membership is by invitation only and occurs only after a thorough vetting process. With more than 200 members from 38 countries, the IMGL is a leading worldwide organization that is dedicated to education and the exchange of professional information concerning all aspects of gaming law. Mr. Duncan, who is a member of Jones Walker's board of directors, has been listed among the world's top gaming attorneys in the Chambers Global Guide since 2009. Mr. Duncan is one of only 10 gaming attorneys from the United States listed by Chambers and Partners as a notable practitioner in the area of Gaming & Gambling.
