J. Kelly Duncan, chair of the firm's Gaming Practice Group, spoke during the American Bar Association Business Law Section Meeting in New Orleans during the panel discussion, "If You Build It, They Will Come: Tips on Construction of Casino Resorts and Major Entertainment Complexes from Development to Dispute Resolution." The panel, made up of gaming, project finance and construction law attorneys and regulators from across the USA, discussed the development, financing, and construction of casino resorts and major entertainment complexes and provided guidance on navigating political and regulatory issues and other challenges that arise in connection with such developments.
