Partner C. Ellis Brazeal, III will speak at the National Business Institute's live seminar, "Environmental Law from A to Z," July 12 in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Brazeal's presentation will focus on the ethical considerations of environmental law, with particular emphasis on the topics of multiparty representation, avoiding conflicts of interest, environmental compliance and reporting issues, client confidentiality, and open meeting laws. Other seminar topics include major issues in water use and pollution; hazardous waste regulations; hot topics in environmental law, environmental litigation, and toxic torts; and real estate construction and transaction issues.
