"Ethical and Professionalism Issues Arising from Criminal Inquiries to a Corporation and its Officers," 16th Annual Alvin B. Rubin Symposium, New Orleans, Louisiana

May 15, 2008

Jones Walker attorneys Pauline F. Hardin and Andrew R. Lee will speak as panelists at the upcoming 16th Annual Alvin B. Rubin Symposium on May 15, 2008. Ms. Hardin and Mr. Lee, members of Jones Walker's Corporate Compliance & White Collar Defense practice, are based in the firm's New Orleans office. They will join U.S. attorney Jim Letten, FBI Special Agent James Bernazzani, Judge Lance Africk of the Eastern District of Louisiana, and attorneys Donna Phillips Currault and Bob Habans in a panel discussion on the topic of "Ethical and Professionalism Issues Arising from Criminal Inquiries to a Corporation and Its Officers." Dane S. Ciolino, the Alvin R. Christovich Professor of Law at Loyola Law School, will moderate the discussion.

The annual symposium is hosted by The New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and is held as a living memorial to the late Judge Rubin’s contributions to federal jurisprudence and legal scholarship. To register for the event, please click here to download a registration form.
