Bill Horton, a partner in the Birmingham office and co-leader of the firm's Healthcare Industry Team, presented “Ethics Issues in Advising the Healthcare Start-Up” at the CLE Alabama Healthcare Law Seminar on November 5, 2021, which discussed ethics and professional responsibility issues for attorneys advising emerging healthcare technology companies and other early-stage healthcare ventures. Bill also moderated the session “Post-COVID Environment in Healthcare Law,” which covered the outlook for post-pandemic healthcare regulation as emergency waivers and other temporary regulatory relief expire.
