Brett Venn, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, and Trey Bartholomew, an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office, presented at the Louisiana State Bar Association’s “Here’s Your Evidence” CLE on December 16, 2022. Brett and Trey presented on “Expert Evidence,” and addressed Louisiana federal and state court procedure and standards for expert witness disclosures and discovery, expert reports, and expert testimony.
