A Louisiana district court recently addressed the importance of additional insured coverage and the burden of proving such coverage. In LeFlore, et al. v. Norfolk Southern Corp., et al., the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana granted summary judgment holding that an insurer owed a duty to defend an additional insured, ruling in favor of our client. Continue reading >
