Micah J. Fincher, an associate in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, recently presented at the annual meeting of the Lawyers Committee for the National Center for State Courts, a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the administration of justice in state courts. The presentation, “Generational Differences: Social Dynamics Between Generations,” outlined how lawyers and judges can work more effectively across generations that communicate differently, work differently, and define success differently.
