Litigation partners Nikko Fischer and Richard Tyler presented the topic, "Expert Issues After Daubert/Kumho Tire," at the Louisiana State Bar Association's recent Evidence 101 seminar. Ms. Fischer and Mr. Tyler are both members of the firm's Products Liability Practice Group.
