On February 24, 2011, partner Madeleine Fischer and associate Sara C. Valentine participated in the presentation of "Trying the Coverage Case to a Jury: A Mock Trial Experience" at the American Bar Association's 19th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee's Mid-Year Program in Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Fischer and Ms. Valentine served as coordinators of the presentation. Additionally, Ms. Fischer played a witness role in the trial. The mock trial was designed to teach young lawyers how to try an insurance coverage case to a jury.
