Madeleine Fischer, special counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s New Orleans office, was featured in the Biz New Orleans “My Toughest Case” segment published on January 31, 2020. In the article, Madeleine noted that, aside from handling cases involving class actions, toxic torts, products liability, and insurance litigation, her toughest challenge arose from insurance coverage issues in the “tsunami of lawsuits that was eventually consolidated in federal court in New Orleans as the Chinese Drywall Multi-District Litigation.”
