John F. Fletcher, a partner on the firm's State & Local Tax Team in the Jackson office, was a panelist at the Council on State Taxation's Spring Audit Session/Income Tax Conference in Asheville, North Carolina, on April 19-22, 2016. Mr. Fletcher discussed examples of language commonly found in intercompany agreements, transfer pricing studies, tax sharing agreements, escrow accounts, unitary filings and incentive agreements, and best practices in monitoring and refreshing these agreements to avoid a showdown.
