John F. Fletcher, a partner in the firm's Tax & Estates Practice Group in the Jackson office, was  recently quoted in a State Tax Notes article entitled "Changes to Mississippi Law Addresses Equifax, but Transparency Issues Linger." Mr. Fletcher discusses the difficulties for tax practitioners to find guidance on Mississippi tax law, even with the Equifax legislation becoming effective in 2015.
