Partner Janice Martin Foster is one of five women who will be honored at the Urban League of Greater New Orleans’ Annual Gala to be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside on July 16, 2011. An organization with a long history in New Orleans, the Urban League is committed to encouraging and empowering under-served communities in the pursuit of economic self-reliance, parity, and civil rights. In keeping with this year’s focus on the achievements of African American females in the legal profession, the Urban League’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to recognize five outstanding female attorneys at this year’s Gala. Along with Ms. Foster, the honorees are Kim Boyle, Michelle Craig, Majeeda Snead, and Sharonda Williams.
