Partner Asher J. Friend, a member of the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group, presented at the Idea Village's "Legal Panel: Start-Up Law for Entrepreneurs," held January 5, 2011 in New Orleans. The workshop was the first of an eight week series hosted by the Idea Village's Professional Network. As a member of the professional panel, Mr. Friend presented on the topic of "Choice of Entity and Corporate Formation."
