Asher Friend, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented at the National Business Institute’s Business Law: Start to Finish conference held August 29-30, 2019, in New Orleans. His presentation “Mergers and Acquisitions of Privately-Held Companies,” covered several topics including Drafting Acquisition Documents, Stock vs. Asset Transactions, Purchase Price Structures and Adjustments, and other practical considerations for attorneys and clients. Asher also presented “Forming Limited Liability Companies,” with Imtiaz A. Siddiqui, Managing Attorney of IAS Law LLC.
