Asher J. Friend, a partner in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group, will be presenting at the National Business Institute's seminar, "Helping Your Client Buy or Sell a Small-to-Medium Sized Business." Mr. Friend, as one of a panel of speakers, will present on two topics, "Advising Buyers and Sellers During the First Steps of the Process" and "Ethical Obligations." Other areas of interest include, "Business Valuation Methods" and "Contract Negotiation Strategies for Buyers and Sellers." The day long seminar will be held on Monday, October 31, 2011, at the InterContinental in New Orleans, Louisiana.
