Jones Walker attorney Lisa Futrell has been invited to speak at Louisiana State University's 13th Annual Bankruptcy Law Seminar being held in the McKernan Law Auditorium October 25–26, 2007. Ms. Futrell will present Friday, October 26, on "The Sale of Property Under Section 363—How Far Can You Go—Sales Free and Clear, Preclusion of Successor Liability."
