At the American Bar Association Mid-Winter Meeting, litigation partner Cove Geary chaired a panel of speakers on the subject of preparing for and managing class action and complex life insurance litigation, and on developments in the law regarding life insurance. Mr. Geary serves as vice-chair of the Life Insurance Law Committee of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section.
