Mac Greaves and Kary Wolfe, partners in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the Birmingham office, spoke during the annual Alabama Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) conference on May 15, 2019. Their presentation, “Effective Harassment Prevention in the #MeToo Era Requires More Than a Policy” focused on how the #MeToo movement brought sexual harassment in the workplace to the forefront and how the HR community should respond with a comprehensive plan for harassment prevention.
