In March of 2007, Baton Rouge partner Regina Hamilton was elected Chair of the Government and Public Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association. She previously served as the Vice-Chair since 2004. This section provides a forum for both government lawyers and lawyers in private practice who represent or practice before governmental agencies, to disseminate information about governmental law to the specialized and non specialized bar.
