Ben Harris, a partner in the Mobile office and co-leader of the banking and asset recovery team, moderated a panel during the Information Management Network 9th Annual Bank Special Assets & Creditor Officer’s Forum in Chicago on September 12, 2019. The panel, titled “Case Studies in Receivership & Bankruptcy,” focused on best practices in receivership, decision-making processes for using a receiver, and opportunities being created by the recent rise in Chapter 12 filings.
