Jane advises employers to begin preparations to comply with the latest OSHA ETS while the 5th Circuit has temporarily stayed enforcement of the ETS. Mark adds that the 5th Circuit ruling has no impact on the federal contractor vaccine mandate and reminds companies with covered federal contracts to proceed with plans to be in compliance by January 4, 2022.
