Jane H. Heidingsfelder, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office, spoke at the 2018 midwinter meeting of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law's Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee. Ms. Heidingsfelder spoke on a panel, "Key Issues Affecting Medical Services at the Workplace," about the Occupational Health and Safety Administration requirements for employers to provide proper medical care to injured workers.
