Jane Heidingsfelder, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, presented “COVID-19 Rules & Regulations: How to Respond to Pandemic-Related Complaints & Investigations” at the EHS Management Institute “Building Back Better: Accelerating EHS&S Priorities for a Stronger, More Resilient Tomorrow” Conference from January 23–25. Jane gave an update on OSHA safety rules and regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the status of OSHA’s vaccine/testing mandate and the future impact of the pandemic on employers. In addition, she provided tips on proper techniques to respond to whistleblower complaints and defend against OSHA investigations, inspections, and citations.
