Jones Walker partner Miriam Henry recently spoke at the 16th Annual Tulane Estate Planning Institute in New Orleans on October 5, 2007. Her presentation was titled "Issues in Bringing and Defending Claims Against the Succession Representative or the Trustee." The Tulane Estate Planning Institute aims to provide a setting for the discussion of legal and tax issues pertinent to estate planning and a permanent forum for the study of estate planning law in Louisiana, the United States, and other jurisdictions.
