Miriam Wogan Henry, a partner in the Tax Practice Group, presented on the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) 2023 Virtual Meeting on December 5, 2023. Miriam's panel, "An Illuminating Look at the LLC/Limited Partnership Playing Field, with Play-by-Play with two Monday Morning Quarterbacks," outlined the three phases in the life cycle of family investment companies including formation, administration, and liquidation as well as considerations for managing risks.
