As of January 1, 2004, tax and estates associate Miriam Henry will be recognized by the Louisiana Bar Association's Board of Legal Specialization as a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist. In order to attain Board certification, a candidate must practice extensively in the area of estate planning for five years, must be recommended to the Board by members of the bar, must complete additional CLE requirements, and must pass an extensive examination.
