Jones Walker Tax & Estates Practice Group Leader Miriam Wogan Henry will be honored at the LA/SPCA's upcoming 120th anniversary celebration as one of four recipients of the 2008 Dorothy Dorsett Brown Humanitarian Award. The award is presented to four individual attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to volunteer legal services for the welfare of the mission of the Louisiana Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Ms. Henry also serves on the LA/SPCA Board of Directors.

The LA/SPCA's anniversary event, "The Great Catsby," will be held Saturday, November 15, 2008, at The Dorothy Dorsett Brown Louisiana SPCA Campus. Jones Walker also serves as a sponsor of the event.
