Hines, Managing Partner of Jones Walker LLP, spoke during the New Orleans City Council meeting on December 1, 2017, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of UNITY of Greater New Orleans, a nonprofit organization that leads a collaborative of 63 organizations providing housing and services to the homeless in New Orleans.
