William W. Horton, a partner in the Birmingham office and co-leader of the firm's Healthcare Industry Team, was appointed to a second one-year term as the American Bar Association (ABA)’s Section Officers Conference liaison to the ABA House of Delegates Committee on Scope and Correlation of Work. The Committee is charged with studying the structure, functions, and work of entities within the ABA and making recommendations to the House of Delegates for correlating the work of the ABA as a whole and providing better use of the ABA’s resources.
