William W. Horton, a partner in the Birmingham office and co-leader of the firm's Healthcare Industry Team, was appointed by ABA President-Elect Bob Carlson to a three-year term on the ABA's Standing Committee on Continuing Legal Education (SCOCLE) beginning at the conclusion of the 2018 ABA Annual Meeting in August. SCOCLE works to maintain the ABA's role as the leader in continuing legal education by partnering with ABA entities, the Association's diverse membership, state and local bar associations, and other organizations to create and deliver innovative, high-quality educational programs and services to the legal profession.
