William W. Horton, a partner on the firm’s Healthcare Team in the Birmingham office, has been elected to serve as one of two Delegates representing the American Bar Association (“ABA”)  Health Law Section in the ABA House of Delegates. The House of Delegates, the policy-making body of the association, is responsible for the overall control and administration of the ABA. Mr. Horton was elected during the 2017 ABA Annual Meeting on August 12, 2017 in New York. His three-year term will begin on August 15, 2017, at the conclusion of the annual meeting. Mr. Horton has held numerous leadership positions in the ABA Health Law Section, most recently serving as the Section’s Chair in 2015-2016.
