William W. Horton, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group and member of the Healthcare team in the Birmingham office, will present "Rules of Engagement: Legal Ethics Issues in Today's Government Investigations" at the American Health Lawyers Association's Annual Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues to be held March 26-28, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland. The conference brings together knowledgeable public and private sector speakers with CMS and other agency representatives in order to educate attendees as to how Medicare and Medicaid laws, regulations, and manuals are being implemented, both nationally and locally.
