Bill Horton, a partner in and co-leader of the Healthcare Industry Team in the Birmingham office, was named the editor-in-chief of Health Care Fraud & Abuse: Practical Perspectives, a leading health law treatise published by the American Bar Association Health Law Section and Bloomberg BNA. The treatise, now in its fourth edition, provides important insights on healthcare fraud laws and compliance from the country’s leading health practitioners.

In addition to his role as editor-in-chief, Bill will write the introductory chapter as well as continue to author the chapter “The Past, Present, and Future of the Anti-Kickback Statute: A Practical History.”
