Bill Horton, a partner in the Birmingham office and co-chair of the Healthcare Industry Team, presented “Lawyers, Docs and Money: The Health Care Lawyer’s Guide to Legal Ethics in Physician Transactions” during the annual continuing legal education conference of the Kentucky Academy of Hospital Attorneys, held as part of the 90th Annual Convention of the Kentucky Hospital Association. The convention provides educational programming and networking opportunities for physicians, hospital administrators, attorneys, and healthcare providers.
