William W. Horton, a partner on the healthcare team in the Birmingham office, was quoted extensively in the Birmingham Business Journal article “What will be the top issues in Birmingham Healthcare in 2018?” Mr. Horton commented that many of the issues that affected Alabama’s healthcare industry will continue into 2018, especially the uncertainty surrounding funding programs for rural providers.
