Bill Horton, a partner in the Birmingham office and co-leader of the Healthcare Industry Team, was re-elected for a fourth one-year term as the representative of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section and Division Delegates to the Executive Committee of the ABA Section Officers Conference. The Section Officers Conference includes all officers of the ABA’s Sections, Divisions and Forums, and represents the interests of Sections, Divisions and Forums in the ABA’s governance and policy structure.
