Horton, a partner on the firm's Healthcare team in the Birmingham office, served as a panelist on "Fraud and Abuse: Trends, Developments, and Strategy" for the State Bar of New Mexico Health Law Section during its 2017 Health Law Symposium, on October 5th in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The symposium, presented annually by the State Bar of New Mexico Health Law Section, covered a broad range of current and developing issues under New Mexico and federal healthcare law.
