Bill Horton, a partner in the Birmingham office and co-leader of the Healthcare Industry Team, was appointed to a three-year term on the Nominating Committee of the American Bar Association House of Delegates. The Nominating Committee nominates the officers and members of the Board of Governors of the ABA, including the ABA President-Elect and the Chair of the House of Delegates.
