Tax Practice Group partners Andre Burvant, Chris Lutz, and Katie Quinn presented at the Council on State Taxation (COST) Tech Industry Conference from August 15–16, 2023. Andre presented "How Important is Knowing Your Customers’ Locations for Sourcing Digital Products & Related Privacy Concerns," which covered sales and use taxes on digital products, Chris presented "Transfer Pricing at the State Level," which covered various state approaches to transfer pricing, and Katie presented "Remote Workers and Other Issues of the Gig Economy," which covered the implications of remote working on multistate personal income tax filing and withholding responsibilities.
