Grady S. Hurley and Richard D. Bertram, Admiralty and Maritime partners in the New Orleans office, have co-authored a chapter in Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts, Fourth Edition, a multi-volume treatise released on December 20, 2016 by Thomson Reuters in a joint venture with the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. Mr. Hurley and Mr. Bertram wrote chapter 88 covering Admiralty and Maritime Law.
