Grady Hurley, co-leader of the maritime litigation and arbitration team and co-chair of the Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Industry Team, authored the article, "COVID-19 and the Shipowner's Legal Obligations," that was published in The Maritime Executive. Grady discusses how vessel owners may have liability to their employees who become ill in the service of the ship, as well as obligations to third-party visitors and passengers, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
