Grady Hurley, a partner in and leader of the maritime litigation and arbitration team, presented “Mediating a Maritime Injury Claim” during a Mediation Arbitration Professional Systems, Inc., (MAPS) CLE on February 2, 2021. Grady provided an overview on seaman and vessel status and tort remedies in evaluating a maritime personal injury claim for settlement.
