Grady S. Hurley, a partner in the firm’s Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group and a member of the Energy Section in the New Orleans office, was recently quoted in a Houston Business Journal article about the effects of Hurricane Harvey on downstream operations in Texas which affected gasoline prices. In the article, Mr. Hurley explained that the duration of outages at the refineries will vary depending on the circumstances, but that the upstream and mid-stream systems were largely not affected.
