Grady Hurley, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office, served as a US delegate at the Comité Maritime International Colloquium on May 13, 2026, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a delegate, Grady participated in assembly discussions on international maritime issues, offering recommendations and comments to the International Maritime Organization. He also served on the International Working Group, together with Chris Hannan, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group. The group addressed offshore wind issues, including drafting a Mobile Offshore Renewable Units (MORU) Convention to facilitate the registration, documentation, and financing of MORUs.
