Grady S. Hurley, partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime group, will be delivering a speech at the 9th Annual Judge Alvin B. Rubin Conference on Maritime Personal Injury Law. Held May 13, 2011, at the McKernan Law Auditorium at Louisiana State University's Law Center, the conference will cover a broad range of topics, including "OCSLA—Jurisdiction Issues in the Wake of BP," "Jury Trial for Seamen: Remembrance of Things Past?," and "The Deepwater Horizon Disaster: Blueprint for Maritime Personal Injury and Death." Mr. Hurley along with Mr. Thomas C. Galligan, Jr., of Colby-Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire, will be co-presenting "Maritime Death Actions: Time for a Change?"
