Grady S. Hurley, partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime group, will be delivering a speech at the 9^th Annual Judge Alvin B. Rubin Conference on Maritime Personal Injury Law. Held May 13, 2011, at the McKernan Law Auditorium at Louisiana State University's Law Center, the conference will cover a broad range of topics, including "OCSLA—Jurisdiction Issues in the Wake of BP," "Jury Trial for Seamen: Remembrance of Things Past?," and "The Deepwater Horizon Disaster: Blueprint for Maritime Personal Injury and Death." Mr. Hurley along with Mr. Thomas C. Galligan, Jr., of Colby-Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire, will be co-presenting "Maritime Death Actions: Time for a Change?"
